15 days prior to group or FIT arrival date, we need the final ‘rooming list’ in order to reconfirm the accommodation and seats on local/international flights. This final list must include the following data: number of double and single rooms and if relevant family composition, name of passengers, passport number, and nationality, date of birth, occupation as well as any special meal requirements and possible allergies. 

With all groups on arrival, EcoAndes Travel will collect their airline tickets to reconfirm their on going national or international flights.
