OPERATIONS

As soon as the group or FIT arrives, EcoAndes Travel will provide the Tour Leader or passengers with the vouchers for all accommodation and other related services for the whole trip. 

Even at this stage if the client suddenly needs to make any last minute changes we will be happy to oblige where possible. All amendments instigated by the client will be coordinated through our office and any additional costs will be remitted.

We strongly recommend a comprehensive travel medical insurance.

At the end of the trip EcoAndes Travel will hand out an evaluation form, which enables us to immediately receive feedback on our services. This system allows us to maintain high quality services we provide to our clients.
