Only after your signed an approval we will reserve the necessary facilities and send you a confirmation of your journey. 

Any pre-designed itinerary that is considered a group departure should be booked in advance. This should state the minimum and maximum size of the group, the precise departure date, as well as preferred air carrier so that air schedules can be reconfirmed, for both international and internal flights. This is necessary especially for peak months between May & September and December & February.
