All groups or FIT’s will be charged, if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the departure date, of:
30/15 days prior = 30%
14/6 days prior = 50%
5/1 days prior = 75%
NO SHOW = 100 %
In the case of a group member cancelling after the final rooming list is received, and if another participant replaces them, there will be no cancellation fee.
